Tony Rodrigues: Biographical Dossier (BD-03)

1. SUBJECT OVERVIEW

Tony Rodrigues is an SSP experiencer and whistleblower whose testimony outlines a covert “20 and Back” service from childhood. He claims to have been abducted at age 10 and forced into 20 years of secret programs, including slave labor on Mars and the asteroid Ceres, before being age-regressed and returned to 1982 with erased memories. Rodrigues’s account encompasses roles ranging from a psychic trainee in an MK-Ultra style project to a cargo engineer aboard a Dark Fleet interstellar trade vessel. Since regaining his suppressed memories in 2015, he has become a primary witness in the SSP disclosure community, publishing detailed memoirs and participating in multiple insider interviews. His reports have drawn attention for their consistency and specific detail, as well as overlaps with other whistleblower testimonies, positioning Rodrigues as a key figure in the archive of secret space program claims.

2. BASELINE PROFILE (PRE-EXPOSURE)

Rodrigues was born in 1972 and raised in a working-class family in Ypsilanti, Michigan. By all accounts he led an ordinary childhood with no known exposure to paranormal or military projects before age 10. Notably, however, schoolyard dynamics may have set the stage for his later abduction: Rodrigues recalls an incident in which he offended a classmate who was the son of a powerful local occult/Illuminati family. This “childhood infraction” against an elite-connected peer allegedly made him a target for forced recruitment. Prior to full memory recovery, Rodrigues only retained fragmentary “odd memories” – fleeting images of alien abduction and unplaced experiences that did not make sense in his normal life. These disjointed recollections, coupled with subtle behavioral changes noted after 1982, suggest that even before conscious awareness, the subject’s baseline profile had been covertly altered by hidden events.

3. INITIAL QUALIFYING INCIDENT

Date/Phase: 1982 (Age 10). Following the above-mentioned infraction, Rodrigues was involuntarily taken from his Michigan home in what he describes as a MILAB-type abduction. He reports that Gray extraterrestrials were involved in the initial snatch, after which he awoke in a covert facility at Inyokern, California (near the China Lake Naval base). There, the subject and roughly a dozen other children underwent a traumatic “qualifying” procedure: a medical intervention induced complete amnesia of their prior lives. This was immediately followed by intensive trauma-based mind control and psychic training, consistent with known MK-Ultra methodologies. Rodrigues recalls being subjected to electrical shocks and other trauma to heighten suggestibility, and being trained in remote viewing / psychic espionage techniques while in a dissociated state. This initial period effectively stripped his identity and conditioned him for subsequent clandestine roles. By the end of the Inyokern phase, the 10-year-old had been transformed into a mind-controlled asset — a “psychic trainee” deemed ready for deployment in various secret programs.

4. POST-INCIDENT BEHAVIORAL SHIFT

Observations: After the 1982 abduction and conditioning, Rodrigues’s behavior and baseline personality underwent marked changes. Upon being returned home (age-regressed) to 1982 at the conclusion of his 20-year tour, he reappeared as a child with noticeable disorientation and memory anomalies. He describes waking up “the next morning back in 1982” feeling as if decades had passed, suddenly unfamiliar with his own bedroom and toys. At school he even forgot the location of the bathroom – a drastic regression in basic childhood familiarity. Family and peers observed that he was “a changed person ever after”, though Rodrigues himself had no conscious memory of why. This post-return shift included periods of withdrawal, precocious maturity, and latent trauma responses inconsistent with his age. In later years (teens and early adulthood), he experienced persistent but unexplained dreams, flashbacks, and anxiety triggers. These were stray fragments of his erased 20-year ordeal that bled through, though he could not contextualize them at the time. In summary, the subject’s post-incident life was characterized by an underlying behavioral change – from a normal, outgoing child to one with subtle PTSD-like symptoms and inexplicable knowledge gaps – all of which remained unexplained until his memories resurfaced decades later.

5. SECONDARY EXPOSURE EVENTS

Following the initial induction, Rodrigues was moved through a sequence of secondary covert placements that expanded his exposure to clandestine activities on Earth, prior to off-world deployment. These included:

  • Psychic Drug-Running Operations (South America): In his early teens (approx. ages 11–13), Rodrigues was utilized in a covert narcotrafficking ring in Peru. Stationed in the Amazon region (he cites “Puerto Tawantinsuyo, Peru” as a location), he and other children were forced into chemically-induced trance states to perform remote viewing and channeling. Handlers would drug the children to near-death states, enabling them to psychically locate lost drug shipments and communicate with non-physical entities for information. Rodrigues served as an intuitive asset for this operation, which doubled as a training in honing his psychic abilities under extreme duress.
  • Ritual Abuse and Servitude (Seattle, USA): After his handlers deemed his psychic usefulness spent (reportedly due to overuse or a quelling of his abilities), the subject was **“sold” to a private individual in Seattle】. From roughly age 13 onward, Rodrigues was kept as a personal slave by a Satanist elite – a wealthy businessman with Illuminati ties. During this period, he endured sexual abuse, ritualistic trauma, and menial servitude in the household. The Seattle phase not only furthered his conditioning (through occult rituals and terrorization) but also connected the earlier black project sphere to elite human trafficking networks. Rodrigues identifies this owner as a key figure bridging Earth-based criminal enterprises (child sex trafficking and black magic practices) with the secret space infrastructure.

These secondary exposures compounded the subject’s trauma load and skillset. By the end of his Seattle stint, he had been exposed to global criminal networks, occult practices, and intense psychological conditioning, all before reaching mid-adolescence. Each event served to erode his autonomy while preparing him for the next level of exploitation – off-planet assignments.

6. ROLE EVOLUTION

Throughout his involuntary 20-year tenure, Rodrigues’s roles evolved in distinct phases as he was transferred between projects:

  • Test Subject / Psychic Trainee (Age 10–11): Initial role at Inyokern base, serving as a human subject for mind control and remote viewing experiments. During this phase he was effectively an asset being trained for higher-value use, demonstrating budding intuitive abilities under extreme MK-Ultra-style programming.
  • Clairvoyant Operative (Age 11–13): Deployed to Peru in a quasi-military narcotics operation, Rodrigues functioned as a precognitive navigator – locating lost shipments and channeling information via drug-induced psychic states. This role required him to apply his remote-viewing training in real-world clandestine tasks, marking a transition from pure trainee to operational asset.
  • Controlled Slave / Domestic Asset (Age 13–?14): In Seattle, he became a personal slave to an Illuminati-affiliated handler. Here his role was largely subservient and abusive in nature (sex slave and ritual participant), but it also positioned him inside an elite circle, effectively as property to be traded. The end of this phase saw him “sold off” to the off-world programs, signifying a handover from private elite control back to institutional SSP use.
  • Auxiliary Soldier (Mars Deployment): Rodrigues next found himself conscripted into a paramilitary support role on Mars. He served briefly as a support soldier for the Mars Colony Corporation, fighting alongside Mars Colony supersoldiers as bait to lure out indigenous Martian insectoids during armed conflicts. This was effectively a “suicide mission” assignment, utilizing former slaves as expendable infantry. The Mars role was cut short when that program was abruptly cancelled, leading to Rodrigues being transferred yet again.
  • Slave Technician – Dark Fleet (Ceres Deployment): For the bulk of his service (claimedly over a decade), Rodrigues was stationed on Ceres, a dwarf planet in the asteroid belt housing a German-run colony known as the Ceres Colony Corporation. Initially he worked as a ship maintenance technician (“repairman”) on Dark Fleet vessels. His technical aptitude earned him a promotion to Cargo Engineer on an interstellar trade craft. In this final and highest role, Rodrigues participated in missions that traveled beyond our solar system, bartering goods with various extraterrestrial species for technology and resources. He reports that the Dark Fleet ships he served on (one nicknamed “Max von Laue” in his account) conducted commerce and supply runs between human breakaway colonies and off-world groups.
  • Return and Reintegration: At the end of his 20-year term (circa 2001 in real time), Rodrigues was taken from Ceres back to a Lunar facility for termination of service. He describes undergoing a “re-aging” or age-regression procedure on the Moon that returned his physique to a 10-year-old state. His conscious memories of the two decades were erased, and he was reinserted into his original timeline within hours of when he was taken in 1982. Thus, the child returned home carried no conscious memory of the varied roles above – though the psychological imprint and physical aftereffects (scars, etc.) remained latent.

Over the 20-year span, Rodrigues effectively transitioned from victimized child recruit to seasoned space worker. Despite the diversity of roles (psychic, soldier, engineer), a through-line persisted: in each capacity he was treated as expendable property. His trajectory—from Earth-based covert tasks to frontline combat to interstellar trade—illustrates the adaptable utility sought in SSP slaves. It also highlights an alleged career progression within the Dark Fleet hierarchy, albeit one achieved under duress rather than voluntary promotion.

7. COMMUNITY POSITIONING

Since recovering his memories, Rodrigues has become an active and, in many respects, central figure among SSP experiencers. He first went public around 2016, working with researchers like Dr. Michael Salla (Exopolitics) to record his testimony in a series of interviews. His story gained further visibility through platforms such as Project Camelot (notably a 2018 joint interview with fellow SSP recruit Jason Rice) and the GAIA TV series “Cosmic Disclosure,” where multiple episodes in 2018 featured Rodrigues detailing his service on the Moon, Mars, and Ceres. In 2022 he authored Ceres Colony Cavalier, a comprehensive memoir of his 20-and-back experiences on Mars and Ceres. This book, along with numerous podcast interviews, solidified his reputation as a key whistleblower on the Dark Fleet and breakaway civilization activities.

Within the ufology and disclosure community, Rodrigues is generally regarded as a credible and level-headed witness. He delivers his accounts in a calm, matter-of-fact manner, avoiding grandiose claims beyond his personal experience. Importantly, his testimony shows significant overlap with other independent SSP witnesses. For example, Johan Fritz (a former Dark Fleet officer) and Penny Bradley (a Dark Fleet pilot) have separately described near-identical programs – including a German-run Ceres colony and Martian battles with insectoids – which aligns with Rodrigues’s narrative and lends cross-corroboration. Additionally, a 2022 remote-viewing investigation by the Farsight Institute had four seasoned remote viewers probe scenes from Ceres Colony Cavalier; their visions corroborated key aspects of Rodrigues’s account, such as an underground slave colony on Ceres and combat engagements on Mars. This convergence of testimony has positioned Rodrigues as a primary witness whose claims reinforce a broader pattern emerging from multiple insiders.

Rodrigues has also taken on a mentor and advocate role. He co-founded or advised support groups for individuals recovering SSP memories, and has consulted on anti-trafficking initiatives by sharing insight into elite abuse networks. Though his claims remain controversial in mainstream circles, within the experiencer community he occupies a place as a knowledgeable elder, often appearing at conferences and in roundtable discussions with other SSP veterans (e.g. events with Jean-Charles Moyen, Elena Danaan, and others). In summary, Tony Rodrigues is both a central hub in the SSP witness network and an active proponent for bringing hidden abuses to light, all while maintaining a measured, credible persona that many find convincing.

8. ANALYST NOTES (RESTRICTED)

This section contains internal observations and hypotheses for archival analysis, not for public dissemination.

Rodrigues’s case presents a complex but internally consistent narrative. Over years of debriefs and publications, his story has remained stable with only incremental additions (often providing more detail rather than contradiction). This consistency, combined with multi-source corroboration, marks his testimony as one of the more compelling SSP accounts in our archive. Notably, the subject’s described experiences cover almost the entire spectrum of known SSP themes: MILAB abduction, trauma-based conditioning, psychic operations, extraterrestrial contact, interplanetary warfare, and breakaway German “Dark Fleet” activities. Such breadth could be viewed with skepticism, but it also allows many data points for cross-referencing with other files. Indeed, numerous elements in Rodrigues’s testimony have shown convergence with independent witnesses (e.g. descriptions of Lunar Operations Command waystations, Martian colony names, Ceres infrastructure) and even with declassified information about Cold War MK-Ultra projects. This overlap has elevated the dossier’s importance.

Analysts note that Rodrigues has been cooperative with verification efforts. He has revisited physical locations from his recovered memories (such as the Seattle property where he was held) and found tangible confirmations – matching house layouts, neighborhood details, etc., that he had no normal way of knowing. While not definitive proof, these findings support the veracity of his recovered memories and suggest they are not entirely confabulations. Furthermore, the Farsight Institute’s 2022 project lent weight to his claims, essentially serving as an independent “blind” corroboration via skilled remote viewers. From an evidentiary standpoint, Rodrigues’s dossier is still categorized as unverified (lacking documentation from official channels), yet it is bolstered by these unusual forms of validation.

One speculative analysis within the archive proposes that Rodrigues’s involvement may have had a higher orchestrated purpose. Dr. Salla and others have floated the idea that Tony could have been a “starseed” agent, allowed to be taken by the SSP as part of a Galactic Federation sting operation to later expose it. In this hypothesis, his memory recovery in 2015 (triggered coincidentally by an MRI scan) was not accidental but part of a timed disclosure plan. While intriguing, this remains unverified conjecture. What can be stated with confidence is that Rodrigues’s 2015 MRI correlated directly with the collapse of his programmed amnesia, resulting in a rapid flood of recollections. The medical or electromagnetic implications of this – whether the MRI disrupted implants or psychic blocks – warrant further investigation in similar experiencer cases.

In conclusion, Tony Rodrigues’s dossier is considered high-priority for pattern analysis. It links multiple phenomenon nodes (human trafficking, black projects, off-world colonization) into a single narrative. Continued monitoring is advised, especially as the subject releases new information (e.g. recent claims about “Project StarMaker” involving star-construction). Any future corroborating witnesses (or conversely, any credible refutation) will significantly affect the archival assessment of this file. Until then, Rodrigues’s testimony remains a cornerstone example of the Secret Space Program mythology – one neither fully proven nor disproven, but rich in detail and interconnections.

9. CROSS-REFERENCE INDEX

  • Ceres Colony Corporation (CCC): Alleged breakaway colony on dwarf planet Ceres run by a German Dark Fleet faction. Rodrigues spent ~13 years here as slave crew, working on maintenance and cargo engineering aboard Dark Fleet ships. (See also Dark FleetNachtwaffen files).
  • Mars Colony Corporation (MCC): Covert Mars program that utilized abducted personnel as auxiliary forces. Rodrigues served a short term as support infantry in MCC operations against indigenous Martian lifeforms. (Cross-ref: Mars German ColoniesForward Station Zebra in Penny Bradley files).
  • Johan Fritz: Secret Space Program whistleblower and former Dark Fleet officer. Fritz’s testimony (see WA-XX) overlaps with Rodrigues’s, particularly regarding Ceres facilities, cloning technology, and Dark Fleet command structure. Both men recall the Ceres colony and have compared memories of ship layouts and procedures (their accounts, while separate, reinforce each other’s credibility).
  • Penny Bradley: SSP experiencer and Dark Fleet veteran who has reported serving as a pilot on Mars and Ceres. Her accounts of Mars base Aries Prime and the German-run Ceres outpost align closely with Rodrigues’s descriptions. Bradley’s insights into Dark Fleet culture and “aged regression” technology provide useful context to Rodrigues’s 20-and-back experience (cross-verification noted between their interviews).
  • Project Camelot – SSP Interviews: Notably, Kerry Cassidy’s November 2018 interview featuring Tony Rodrigues and Jason Rice (another 20-and-back witness) is an important cross-reference. The dialogue contrasts two SSP veterans’ experiences on Mars and underscores common elements (e.g., Mars Colony operations, MILAB training).
  • Farsight Remote Viewing Report (2022): A study where four independent remote viewers targeted scenes from Rodrigues’s Ceres Colony Cavalier. Their findings (e.g., perceptions of an underground slave base on a planetoid, and combat with insectoid creatures) closely matched Rodrigues’s testimony. This serves as a cross-reference from a non-regressive hypnosis source.
  • Related SSP Witness Dossiers: See also BD-04 (placeholder: Corey Goode – SSP 20 & Back insider), BD-05 (placeholder: Randy Cramer – Mars Defense Force Captain), and WA-XX (Jean-Charles Moyen – French SSP participant). These files contain parallel claims that contextualize and, in parts, corroborate Rodrigues’s statements (e.g., Goode on Lunar Operations Command, Cramer on Mars insectoids, Moyen on SSP joint missions). Each offers additional comparative data.

(Note: “WA-XX” and “FR-XX” refer to related Witness Accounts and Field Reports in this archive that are pending or in development, containing testimony or analysis connected to Rodrigues’s case.)

10. DOSSIER STATUS

Status: Active – Ongoing Monitoring. This biographical dossier remains open in light of Rodrigues’s continuing contributions and the evolving nature of SSP disclosure. The subject is active in releasing new information: after Ceres Colony Cavalier (2022), he published two follow-up books (Project Starmaker in 2023 and Beyond Sight in 2024) expanding on different aspects of his experiences. Each new release is being evaluated and cross-referenced for consistency with the existing record. To date, no official documentation has emerged to validate Rodrigues’s claims; however, the accumulated corroborative testimony (from remote viewing data to peer witnesses) warrants continued analysis.

The dossier’s classification remains Internal Archive due to the sensitive and speculative nature of the material. Periodic reviews are scheduled to integrate any new evidence or whistleblower accounts that relate to Rodrigues’s story. As of this writing, Tony Rodrigues continues to engage with researchers and the experiencer community, and his exposure window (1982–Present) extends as he recalls additional details. Investigators are advised to maintain an objective stance, neither endorsing nor dismissing the extraordinary claims, until such time that verifiable proof or official disclosure provides a resolution.

Dossier BD-03 will thus remain in active status, serving as a comprehensive profile of Tony Rodrigues and a reference point for Secret Space Program case studies. All future developments (e.g. corroborating witnesses coming forward, technological evidence of age-regression, etc.) will be appended to this file under the appropriate sections. The current assessment views Rodrigues as a pivotal witness whose testimony, while unproven, has significantly influenced the landscape of SSP investigations. The file is flagged for high relevance in cross-hub analysis (SSP, MILAB, and UFO disclosure intersections) and will be updated as needed to reflect the most up-to-date intel.
